Had an issue with a recently installed heat pump not coming on when the weather turned cold. Shad came by the day we called, after working all day at another job. Spent 2 hours trouble shooting and wouldn't go home until the problem was solved, which was well after 7 PM. CC went above and beyond to make things right. What more can you ask of a company?
